We did tried sourdough @ Wildfower. It's very excellent. Thus, we came here for takeaway. There were traditional croissants ($6.5) left and Focaccia ($7) . No much left before 1pm. The Croissant was flaky and crispy outside and airy inside. Come here earlier next time.

When you’re feeling under the weather, everything can seem a bit off, but the croissant from this bakery is truly a life-saver. Its crispness, delicate flavor, and buttery goodness bring me back to life. Ordering is quick and easy, especially in the early morning when they open up bright and early. I love watching the fresh pastries come out of the oven, filling the air with their irresistible aroma. I can’t wait to try their bread pudding next! 🤫

Amazing experience at Miller and Baker!Friendly, attentive service and delicious, fresh flavors. Their pastries are heavenly, bread is artisan-perfect, and coffee is rich and smooth. Miller and Baker is a standout bakery and flour mill in Perth, known for its dedication to high-quality, locally sourced grains that are milled on-site. I followed the scent of toasted grain and fresh flour right to the counter of this bright, industrial-style shop. There is something really grounding about watching the flour being milled right there while you wait for your coffee. I grabbed a seat at the communal table and enjoyed a slice of something that had the most incredible, crunchy crust and soft center. The whole place has a very honest and transparent vibe, celebrating the raw craft of baking in a very modern way. It’s a busy, productive little hub that makes you appreciate the work that goes into a simple loaf of bread.

Will be dreaming about the superb cardomom bun and blood orange passionfruit pastry. Visited this bakery at least 4 times over 5 days. 100% will recommend.

I would say Miller + Baker is one of our perth trip highlights. Woke up early to try this well praised cafe in the cbd and our 30 min walk was so well worth it! Freshly milled flour hits different 👏 I had the poached chicken sandwich (8/10) while my husband had the egg + bacon (11/10). Also bought their choc chip cookie, pistachio rubharb, and pain au chocolat for some munchies during our ferry ride to rottnest. They also have an in house store selling local produce. If only I had the time to try everything 🥲 Definitely going back here 💜

Such a gorgeous community cafe/bakery, I was so impressed with the fact they mill the flour from scratch. The most delicious, fresh pastries and coffee accompanied with the loveliest staff who make you feel so welcome in Perth! I especially loved their signature cardamon bun!

Great cardamom pastry and coffee. Service friendly and quick. Coffee was extra hot, as requested. My mate and I managed to score a little table outside, but there are not a lot and the place is busy. Fortunately there are a couple of small tables alongside the neighbouring cafe which also belong to Miller & Baker, a fortunate find! An alternative would be to grab takeaway and head for one of the nearby parks. Parking in Lake St tends to be in short supply, so may require a quick walk, or arrive on a bike, like my mate and I. We’ll be going back to try some other treats, thanks guys!
